NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING NON-REFUND POLICIES DESCRIBED ARE ABSOLUTELY FOR THE RESTAURANTS, HOTELS & CAFES GETTING ON-BOARDED ONTO THE WAAYU MOBILE APPLICATION

Please read the “Non-Refund Policy” very carefully. For any questions, concerns or disputes, you agree to contact us in a timely manner.

NON-REFUND POLICY

You hereby indisputably agree that ALL THE PAYMENTS TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL.
You hereby agree that All the Payment Transactions include:
a. The One-Time Setup Fees paid by the Restaurants, Hotels & Cafes for getting on-boarded onto the WAAYU Mobile Application.
b. The Monthly Subscription Charges paid by the Restaurants, Hotels & Cafes after getting on-boarded onto the WAAYU Mobile Application.
You recognize & agree that you shall not be entitled to any refund or any return under any circumstances.
One Hundred Percent (100%) of all payments due and paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO LIABILITY CLAUSE

You agree to absolve WAAYU of any and all liability or loss that you or any person or any entity associated with you may suffer or incur as a result of the use of the information contained on this Website

NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES DESCRIBED ARE ABSOLUTELY FOR THE CUSTOMERS & END USERS ACCESSING THE WAAYU MOBILE APPLICATION

Welcome to WAAYU!

Please read the Refund and Cancellation Policy very carefully.
There may arise a scenario wherein WAAYU is either unable to accept your order or cancels your order due to reasons including Technical Errors, Unavailability of the food and beverage item ordered or for any other reason, in such cases, WAAYU shall not charge the cancellation charges from you.
If the order is cancelled after the payment is processed from your end, the said amount will be refunded towards you.
Further note that, you shall not be entitled to refund amount in case the instructions placed along with the Order are not followed in the form and manner you had intended.
All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received.
Further note that, your order cancellation reasons not relevant to WAAYU, i.e. in an event you provide incorrect particulars, contact number, delivery address, etc. shall amount to Authorization Breach on your behalf.
In the event you commit an Authorization Breach, you shall be liable to pay damages equivalent to the order value.

CANCELLATION

If you have to cancel food or beverage, ordered online, please do so within 30 minutes of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you to cancel the entire order and re-purchase the required order to simplify the transaction.
1. If you cancel your order before your services have been initiated, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas if you cancel your order after the initiation of service, there would be no such refund.
2. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
3. Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and WAAYU reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
4. Although our list of services is programmed to update automatically, WAAYU reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the performance of the services. In all such cases, we have the right to accept or cancel your order with prior notice to you.

5. NO LIABILITY CLAUSE

You agree to absolve WAAYU of any and all liability or loss that you or any person or any entity associated with you may suffer or incur as a result of the use of the information contained on this Website.
